Acceptance of Terms

The terms referred to herein as the Car Service or Car Advisor, represent a platform for the publication and notification of car provided by the Car Advisor Company for Electronic Services LLC, or "we". You, referred to herein as "User" or "Subscriber", agree to the terms outlined below:

Login and Daily Newsletter Subscription for Car Services

Access to and use of the service shall be through entering a password or the code sent via SMS, and notifications via email or the website or the application throughout the subscription period specified in this contract. Car Company for Electronic Services "Car Advisor" undertakes to send all purchase notification information via email or through the electronic portal or through the application on a daily basis, and provides the User with the permissions and technical support to browse all available information on the website www.carzadvisor.com at any time. You agree that this access will not be available to others. The Subscriber is not entitled to share login information with any other person, and sharing this information may result in service cancellation. The Subscriber is entitled to three email addresses of the same subscription value provided that they are all under the same (Domain Name).

Fee, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

Full access to the service requires signing a subscription contract and payment of fees. The Subscriber or User must pay the agreed fees upon entering into this contract as specified in the payment method according to the type of service and subscription period. Note: (Any offers attached to the contract are valid only once) .

Limited Use

You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available through the service are owned by car Company for Electronic Services LLC or its licensors and may be protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws. Displaying information provided through the service, or reformatting it, or printing it, or redistributing it, or publishing it, or selling it, or trading it, or promoting it, or broadcasting it to any individual outside the company or institution without clear written consent from Car Company for Electronic Services LLC is not permitted. The Subscriber is entitled to access (25) daily notifications for the basic subscription and (35) daily notifications for premium company subscriptions in addition to email newsletters for the last 3 months.

Potential Errors and Revisions

We make every effort to provide accurate and truthful information, but we cannot guarantee that all information provided is free from errors, so Car Company for Electronic Services LLC does not guarantee in any form the accuracy or correctness of the data provided on its website and newsletters and does not bear any loss or damage or liability resulting from your use of this data in any form, knowing that the information provided on the website www.carzadvisor.com is periodically reviewed.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities

- Failure to pay due installments or failure to renew the contract for a period exceeding 30 days. - Violation of any laws or infringement of any rights of third parties. - Providing any files containing unauthorized software, materials, data, or information to you or uploading them to your account on the website. - Copying, modifying, or distributing the contents of the website and the copyrights and trademarks owned by Jordanian car Company for Electronic Services LLC. - Providing files containing viruses or destructive data to you or uploading them to your account on the website or engaging in unlawful or illegal activities in Jordan or your country through the website or through your account on the website. - Transferring materials to or from the website or your computer or your site on the network, which constitute a violation of any laws or regulations or rights of third parties. - Providing false and/or inaccurate and/or misleading information regarding the products and/or services offered. - In case of publishing, displaying, distributing, or broadcasting any materials or information that involve defamation, falsehood, inaccuracy, misleadingness, or offensive content (including personal information) or constitute a violation or contrary to public morals or indecent or unlawful or humiliating or inappropriate or exploitative in any other form through the website. We have the right, at our sole discretion, to delete such information or materials from the website. - Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or excessively large burden on our website infrastructure, Jordanian car Company for Electronic Services LLC. - Using the information provided on the website for any purpose that may harm the interests of others. - car reserves the right to immediately terminate the service if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions without the need for excuses or warnings, and you are not entitled to a refund of the subscription fee, and Jordanian Car Company for Electronic Services LLC reserves its right to claim any damages as a result thereof.
